NOTICE TO RECRUITERS AND AGENCIES
Incyte prefers to recruit candidates directly rather than through a third-party recruiter or agency. Incyte will only pay a fee for candidates submitted or presented where there is a signed recruiting agreement in place between Incyte and the recruiter or agency prior to the submittal and the candidate is submitted for a specific requisition. In the case of candidate(s) submitted or presented to Incyte by a recruiter or agency without a signed agreement, Incyte explicitly reserves the right to pursue and hire those candidate(s) without any financial obligation to the recruiter or agency.
IMPORTANT FRAUD ALERT
Incyte Corporation has learned that scammers falsely claiming to work for us are pretending to make job offers on behalf of our company. The fraudulent offers are made through various channels, including on internet recruiting and social media sites and by mail. Sometimes they are followed by a request for money or receipt of a check made payable to the person who received the fake job offer.
Please be aware that these offers and communications are not legitimate and are not authorized by Incyte. Incyte only hires for job postings that appear on this website. We also do not conduct job interviews online through internet sites, online chat, or social media and will never ask you for money or to cash a check at any point in the recruitment process.
We are taking this matter very seriously and have reported the fraud to law enforcement authorities.
