At Incyte, global responsibility is integral to how we advance innovative science and support patients. Our 2025 Global Responsibility Report highlights our commitment in action from January 1 through December 31, 2025, from advancing a differentiated pipeline to strengthening the communities where we live and work.

Environment

Since 2019, Incyte has demonstrated significant reductions in Scope 1 and 2 market-based greenhouse gas emission intensities:

  • 51% reduction in emissions per 1,000 square feet, even as total square footage grew by 64%
  • 59% decrease in emissions per employee, despite a 95% increase in employee headcount
  • 67% drop in emissions per $1 million in revenue, while overall revenue grew by 138%
